HLC Board of Directors appoints Da Hsuan Feng as New Global Advisor

The Board of Directors (hitherto known as “Board”) of the leading Blockchain company HLC Technologies has resolved to approve the appointment of Dr. Da Hsuan Feng as Global Advisor. Dr. Feng will serve as member of HLC International Advisory Board for a three-year term starting from May 15th 2018- April 30th 2021.

The HLC International Advisory Board is the body responsible for advising the company on Best Practices of Marketing, Global Operations and Branding, Management Business Strategy and Governance Culture as well as Business Development and Risk Control of HLC Foundation.

About Professor Feng

Da Hsuan Feng, Fellow of the American Physical Society, received his theoretical physics Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota (1972). Prior to joining Drexel University in 1976, where in 1990 he became M. Russell Wehr Chair Professor, Feng was a UK Science Research Council postdoctoral fellow at University of Manchester and senior research scientist of the University of Texas at Austin. During his tenure at Drexel, he also served for two years as NSF Program Director in Theoretical Physics, a visiting professor of the University of Copenhagen Niels Bohr Institute and United Kingdom’s Daresbury Laboratory, respectively. Between 1997-2000, Dr. Feng was the Vice President of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC),a Fortune 500 company. On December 9, 2000, Feng assumed the Vice President for Research and Professor of Physics at the University of Texas at Dallas. From 2007 to 2017, Feng was the Senior Vice President of Cheng Kung University, Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, and Special Advisor to the Rector and Director of Global Strategies of Macau University, respectively.


Currently, Feng is a Senior Fellow of Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University’s Institute of Advanced Studies and a Chief Advisor of Silk iValley Research Institute, which is ranked as top 6 among the China’s 600 Thank-Tanks.
